[Bug Report] Copy/Paste not copying "Show block on toolbar config" value

As on the tin - copying and pasting settings between things will copy/paste everything except the "Show block on toolbar config" value.

I have the same problem, tested on multiple block types. It appears no other settings are affected, though I didn't go into detail checking for some of the more uncommon or block specific functions. Error has only occurred since the contact update.
