Me and my brother have a local host(coop over steam) and i tryed to open a hangar door throu the scroll down menu, scroll up is affected as well and it dind´t open "completly", the visiuals did the full traversal but the collision mesh did not move a bit. If the host does it or it is done over the terminal both the visual and the collision mesh move. This also affects the sliding door but odly no other door just those two. I´ll ask of him to sent me the full mod list since its ~90 mods and I have no clue what at least half of those are.

For replication get another one and do a local host over steam while being a client, place Hangardoor or Slidingdoor and open them over the scroll menu.
