I can see this as a stock reskin.

but here's MY idea for stats.

+10% charge speed
-10% ammo capacity

Maybe tracer bullets.

Make this a set with certain CLASSIC sniper type cosmetics.

Possibly a better reload animation for this so people will use it more.

Funny caption:

"This sniper is the most elite killing machine. The only bad part is its too attractive to use."

Take my stats as you will. i just want to get this discussion started so this amazing looking weapon will be added in-game. You did a nice job on the model and you should make more weapons in the future. :)

+Reload key twitches from regular bullet to tracker bullet (any enemy that was damaged by the tracker bullet will be marked and can be seen through walls) The tracker bullet will last longer unless the enemy heals themselves
-has random crits (without scope)
-Cannot headshot
-tracker bullet consumes 5 ammo (use it wisely)

+Headshots deals crit damage
+Shots slow down enemies(more damage=longer duration)
+Noscope headshots deals minicrits and slow down as no-charged headshots

-20% damage
+10% slower charge time

Secret stat:
+10% of damage
My sugested stats for the Roo Hunter:

+ On kill: All overkill damage is stored in the next shot
+ On hit: Instantly reloads the next shot
+No movement speed penalty while zoomed in
- 15% decrease in health gained from healers while weapon is active

The 'Roo Hunter
Level: 1867 Pouching Rifle

+ On Headshot: gain a unique stat related to the target you killed.
  • Scout: gain 33% speed boost
  • Soldier: –25% less fall damage
  • Pyro: afterburn immunity.
  • Demoman: 30% Explosive resistances
  • Heavy: Gain 100% Max health
  • Engineer: Deals 20% more damage vs buildings.
  • Medic:+3 health regenerated per second on wearer.
  • Sniper: Shots leave a dim, clear line behind them.
  • Spy: Victims do not make any noise when dying.
= Stats do not stack
- Shots leave a bright, easily traceable team-colored line behind them.
- you lose the stats on death
Pros: you can zoom in or out your scope (5 stages) on M3 (but need be out of scope)
On zoom in increase = charge rate increase (max +40% rate)
Cons:-20% based damage
-mini crits on headshots
