It doesn't work, i can't interact with it altar. Any new spell add.

Are you interacting with the correct kind of altar? There's the trade-altars and ones that give the skills. Is it just one altar or are all of them not working? Also, which area are you in (Fort Joy, Nameless Isle...)? Thanks.

So the altar you're referring to is a trade-altar. These altars exchange the skills you already know into their skillbook form. Activating these altars won't grant any skills. The locations of the different kinds of altars can be seen in the images; the white squares are the normal altars and the black squares are the trade-altars.
