Yeah, but that's a dev made deluxe skin and not a community made tennogen skin. Rules don't apply there.

The deluxe skins don't have a set of rules that apply to them, as tennogen submissions do. We're not allowed to do Sentient, Orokin, or Syndicate themes

I'm hoping they're willing to make an exception. It's a really great look.

Creator, change the name of the Skin, use a different color-palette as prime (like blue instead of green glow and a change to your general body-colors) and you're all set, look, I love this skin and you can tell me whatever you want but this will bloody make it in there, either that or I'm the pope...

Actually spiral, if you check out The excalibur Sentient Slayer skin, this is more in that direction, but its actually eidolon which they've never said we cannot do specifically. As eidolons are different than regular sentients.
