DE just doesnt like volt lets be honest also deluxe skins are "special" something i find ironic though is that limbo moves in and out of the void which the sentient cant survive inside so... ok then

The Rift is not the same as the Void. Limbo can enter the Rift while he is in Void tilesets. I believe during the questline Ordis even suggests that Limbo found a way to traverse between the normal plane and the Void, aka the Rift

I really dont understand why they cant let this one pass , they let others pass before (on different frames) . This skin is so good ... i mean cmon ..

if that is their reasoning, then why does all the infested skins pass?

This is a slippery slope. How much affect do player made skins have on the lore of the game? Should we reexamine old ones? I'm sure you could find some gaps in logic or create some plotholes in Warframe's story. Should DE attempt to retain full realism and logic with skins or just focus on player expression? They at least have to make up their mind.

Personally I think this is a great skin that should be added. It wouldn't in any way break immersion or confuse me given that the Graxx and Corpra skins exist. If DE theoretically says that those don't break the lore how can this skin break it? Anyways, great work. I hope DE accepts future skins you make.

I think you ppl just dont think about the matter enough and just raise pitchforks.Think about it.Infested are ok,graxx are ok,corpus skins are ok,but for some reason sentinel ones are not.Maybe if they dont accept it has to do with incoming updates and The New War.

yeah and then they just dropped Limbo Limina Skin which is a totally a lore-breaking skin for being a totally sentient skin (literally using sentient body parts and energy parts).
if you want to talk about lore-breaking, Valkyr Prime should've been remodeled after Valkyr Deluxe, not Valkyr Post-Alad-V herself.

Maybe the helmet design is too close to something they're currently working on and adding may be a sort of spoiler?

My guess is that they (DE) are planning more sentient-themed deluxe, premium skins like Limbo and that this kind of 'steals their thunder.' So, they don't want a civvy putting out a bunch of skins that make it unnecessary to buy the official ones.

I'm not quite sure I understand the rules about this. DE has mentioned in the past that "Sentient inspired" might be okay - there's a Sentient-hunter themed Excalibur skin already. And you'd think that the very obviously Sentient-like Limbo Deluxe would totally break their own rules. The only thing I can say is that they seem to be consistently inconsistent about it. Maybe you could ask if there's a way to rework it (or re-theme it) that would fit better with what they're looking for?

The Excal skin is just that though "a Sentient hunter". It's not a actual sentient skin. The Limbo deluxe skin is not breaking their own rules as the rules are only for Tennogen. My guess is they just want to have some official only themes.

What do you mean about Valkyr? I'm genuinely curious, what did Alad V do to Valkyr to significantly change her appearance to the point where Val Prime is lore-breaking? I don't know valkyr's lore very well as I have yet to get the non-prime version and do her quest

Valkyr doesn't have a quest, only a piece of lore that says she was tortured over & over until all her skins are scraped for Zanuka (hence why on Valkyr Deluxe, only Blue-Cyan colorings like Zanuka.), and all of her "current powers" are there thanks to Alad V's torture (although unknowingly, turns out she was already a primal from the beginning.)
Then again, it's DE and their lore-breaking consistency just to "make stuff up" and can't retcon all of their past lore. (we don't even know does Rhino Prime is an Umbra frame or not since his tale indicates that he's moving himself, as usual, lore-breaking when The Sacrifice quest dropped.)
