hold q and go to the extreme graphics panel, under effects mess with the blue color correction stuff and it should be fixed maybe
even then after fixing that there's still other things that are slightly off, not even worth messing with imo it doesn't really change much at all

i think you have to change the shadow settings

go to options, blue filter and disable it.
