Fix To Default Setting
After hours trying to fix meh bad graphic problem, finally i found the solution.
Click Here[sm.ms] To See The Setting

also recommended to turn light power to -10

it kinda worked, no blue anymore, but the graphics are exteremly bright all over

Thats Because The Map Is Bright Itself Or Bloom Power Is Too High. Try To Lower The Bloom Power or Disable Bloom Effect In The **Effect** Setting.
