BLooDY, I dont know where you're reading that but it probably has to do with Physics and Rigging. I believe I once read something about how one of the reasons Francis was shaved was there were a lot of physics related to having long hair.

Regardless, even if these aren't 1:1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJAr-yo-z94 these models, I'll take what I can get.

LOL, Polished... This is hardly polished, it's a rushed mod with lazy texture edits this is why no one likes him.
