Byzantine clothes for Romans...?
I really like this mod and use it whenever I can.

The only thing I don't like is the roman clothes, I don't see why when you reform the roman culture you'd adopt clothes from the pre-christian era (as a christian). I think it would make a lot more sense if the roman and byzantine cultures shared clothes but otherwise they have different ethnicities, seeing as the byzantines are the inheritors of rome (and 5th century roman fashion is more similar to the decending christian eastern romans than the preceding pagan romans) and that the former greek rule should have their influences on the (neo-)roman culture. Also, fashion including any other part of society evolves and the (neo-)roman fashion should too. Plus byzantine clothes look way cooler than roman clothes in game.

I realise that not everyone would agree (I'd like to keep the current roman clothes set for pagan playthroughs), so I don't know if you could make a submod for this or maybe give some instructions on how to make this modification oneself?

Thanks both in advance for any followup on this and for the mod as a whole.

You can find the Roman portraits in interface/portraits/portraits_roman.gfx. If you replace text with GFX_roman_*_clothes and GFX_roman_*_headgear for byzantine lines you can change them up.
