Unless it is its own sydana, you should remove the cape, because it may become a handicap for the admission of the skin – the first that comes to my mind is clipping with sydanas. Instead of a cape, I would suggest developing an Egyptian robe, especially around the legs, to cover a little the fact that inaros is skelettic.

The helmet is what I always wanted – a hoodie which is like a helmet too – but maybe there could be more details for the face, or you could add a mask like Harrow.
