Every skin needs to deliver in some way on the identity of a frame. Graxx, Frame but Grineer. Delux skins, Frame but it's a different kind of flashy. This skin doesn't really tell me anything about Inaros, I don't see a story, I don't feel a connection to it. I can't see what this skin is, outside of both red and black, and also just Nekros on a tank. I can appreciate the desire for that, certainly, but there isn't a description of the fantasy in the skin.

The hood, far too fall and thin; looks like if I went all white I could run around screaming about black people. Widen the base, perhaps, find an alternative.

The color channels; I like how the ribcage looks more like ribs, that was a cool direction to take it. Your color choice really seems to bring out that detail.

The hip flaps; you could do a lot with those. They're a very loud part of his design, not leaning into it makes it a little jarring. What is the whispy line decal supposed to invoke? I don't think of Charon when I see them. Perhaps plant some hourglass motiff about the skin, and draw it together there?
