Example/Misc Compositions -- HERE !
ALWAYS set the Vertical Mode to a straight line (sea level) BEFORE placing them.

Place the Folders into :
Documents >> Arma3 >> compositions

(you may have to include your profile/name folder if you have more than one)

Then, once you have them in place, they are in "Compositions", then "Custom" tab.
