Realistic Stamina Settings

The values I've went with are in my opinion -more realistic- yet could be harder for most Vanilla players. Feel free to use them if you like.

Thanks for this opportunity! But nothing works for me. Whatever value I make, even when I take your config, I have absolutely no changes. This is weird
