Can I find this mod for the DRM FREE from GOG?

I have this game and usually get my mods from Nexus mods, however I cannot find it there. Any chance I can get it offline for my game that doesn't use Steam?

Sorry for the long answer, I rarely checked. I posted the map on a non-official site, but not on GOG. So it's there somewhere.
