Suggestion: different Class name
I have a suggestion, tell me your thoughts mr author.
Since this class is technically not a true Reaper (since it's an XCOM soldier specializing into a "Reaper", unlike Volkov's folk being assigned to you), I think it's a good idea to differentiate it from the Reapers proper. In a nutshell, there's quite a few differences between XCOM and "real" Reapers (XCOMs have 2 utility slots while Reapers only have 1, for example), and the game also recognizes them as different things (XCOM Reapers don't count as "nemeses" of a Chosen).
I edited my own mod files, renaming this class as "Infiltrator", and changed their description as follows:
The Infiltrator is an XCOM soldier trained to employ the Reaper's tactics and equipment. Their specialty is striking from the shadows, just like Volkov's people.
What do you think?

PS: I saw your other class mods, and think it'd be good to do the same with them (if not done already)...
PSS: Since these classes are atm somewhat better than the faction heroes, I'd say it's good to give the heroes a little buff somewhere (though that'd escape this mod's scope) or change some numbers for this XCOM specialization class. Specifically, the Ability Points gained by levelling up should be equal to the other XCOM classes, 3 per level with no increment (code below).
