Problem With The Roof

I cant get any item wich i put inside the roof kit for all tiers (T1,T2,T3)

I think you mean that you're standing below the roof, and can't remove building material or plaster that you've placed there. As a suggestion, get a ladder or something to stand on so you're closer to the roof, then you should be able to retrieve your items.
