I recently downloaded BBP 2.0 onto my server . As the Admin of the server I was trying out the vpp admin tools and noticed that I had no tier 2 or tier 3 items in the item spawner. So I checked the XML files in BBP 2.0 and saw that there was no mention whatsoever of tier 2 or tier 3 items anywhere in the XML files . Can anyone help with some advice in solving this issue . Thank you
