not working on expansion?
installed the mod adjusted settings and xml files, validate the XML files... and server just halts at bootup at writing user files.. what are we doing wrong?

works fine for me until the code lock dependency, I load Expansion last but before trader and COT

It works with the expansion. I also had the no booting up problem, like it would just stall and not start ...

What I had to do was to NOT use the Code Lock mod, make sure to use the RemoveCodeLockDependency mod and you should boot up.

it does. you might need to regenrate your expansion mod, storage x and another folder and files.

Yeah I've never got this working with expansion, had to abandon EXP and redo whole server. Everything that others said worked for them never worked for me. Tried Codelock, then the no dependency, has just the basic CF, COT, EXP, LISC, CORE, VEHICLE, CODELOCK(or the no codelock dependency), BBP. Hung with any load order I used.
