He won't... I promise every person that will play or plays Warframe that Excalibur prime will not be released. He was only around for Founders in early 2014
If DE does hypothetically release him in the future, they would pretty much just be looking for money at that point. Or any other skewed reason.

They made a free to play, micro-transaction heavy game. you think they aren't out to make money? XD there's probably a reason they are keeping him back, and that reason is probably backlash from the players that got him the first time. but they likely will, eventually, release him again when the fear of that backlash or what ever other reason they might have, subsides.

No dude. DE is NOT that shallow. you can buy warframes and weapons for plat, yes. BUT most content ingame is locked behind Farm and grind, and you cant just buy receorsecs, the raw ones anyways.
