Might want to update the description to point out the penalties for deploying these classes with a full squad. I thought I had a bugged mod somewhere causing my soldiers to constantly be losing aim every time they leveled.

Do covert actions apply the penalty if they get ambushed while with another soldier? I would ask in the comments, but I can't comment on workshop items for some unknown reason.

Yes, the penalties take place at the start of the mission not taking into account the type of mission, so they would still apply.

Very helpful, danke. Also, is there any way to stop aim penalties from occurring when an additional soldier is sent against my will [for compatibility with mods like Raider Faction Relations]?
