i think that this oculus thing is really cool and original, and it also looks good on mesa. the thing is that this skin is way too one toned and mixed up. It would be better if you take the hood off or even delete it. the idea of a jacket is also cool, but it doesnt have to cover her whole body. at the end people dont really likeed it.
