I think this would be pretty great as its own frame, but I don't see it really working as a Mesa. It's too much of a departure from the cowgirl aesthetic, looking more like an urban/cyberpunk idea, which looks great but doesn't fit Mesa.

I'm not sure why people have as much vitriol about the skin as they do. It's a great skin, even if it's a bit of a stretch as to how it fits as a frame (considering the things we learned about the origins of frames). Maybe with some helmet edits (make it look a little less robot and a little more warframe, I like the panel on the front but the rest of the helmet looks too much like a robot), it would be good. I personally don't object too much to the cloth. Many warframes have decorative cloth bits (though not quite this much, I personally don't mind). Maybe it could be an infiltrator themed frame who'se role was to pass off as a civilian? Not sure how that would fit into the war with the Sentients, though that probably could be written around. Not that I would trust DE to preserve their lore in the first place...
