Please Vote on Merchant Guilds spawnrate
@Everyone playing this mod.

It seems that ever since I removed the increased spawnrate of merchant guilds a lot of players voiced disappointment about the megacorp play.

Namely, starnet prevents AI from using clerks in most cases except when it's good (low habitability planets that AI can collect trade from). This means branch offices are severely less profitable than in vanilla.

Initially when I noticed this problem I increased spawnrate of merchant guilds to compensate (this happened 2 years ago). Few months ago I had discussion in Stellaris Modding Den discord and most players seem to voice for removal of this feature and it was removed (on the basis that it changes game balance and shouldn't be part of the AI mod).

I do not have strong opinion either way (personally I think increased spawnrate makes the game a bit better, but in my playtests megacorp AIs and megacorp players still were performing fine with the buildings alone so I am fine with keeping spawnrate the same).

I think I should make a vote on this issue and I think here I can get a representative sample to see how many players prefer each of the two possibilities ( https://www.strawpoll.me/45412253 ).
