I have a few questions about AI behavior.
Is it willing to create federations at all?
Does having positive let's say 100 opinion guarantee that you didn't waste your time to improve relationship and they wouldn't backstab you or there wasn't a point in doing it in the first place?
What about GC? Is AI with the strongest weight is willing to become custodian and then try form Galactic Empire?
What about subjugation? Will AI ever try to have liberation wars against me? What if I reach >0 opinion? Would they calm dawn or still aggressive?
