Jumpscares
1. i speak english alot not spanish as well

2. i know youre doing great at the map

3. why there are bunch of jumpscares in the map?

4. what that thing flying looks like a cone in chapter 1?

I'm sorry for the answering delay. I have been working away from home for one month, and I have not had a chance to respond. I'm so sorry...

Thanks for writing me!! I'll try to answer you to all five points...


1. No problem, for this reason i've develop that SUBs in english for the spanish dialogs. There are lot of dialogs without subs at this moment. But i want put them in a future...


2. Thank you very much!! I'm alone doing this project LEFT 4 SGC, and today i can't work much that i want on this because i'm working in 2D customized minigames for my customers in my work:

But LEFT 4 SGC project is not abandoned.


3. The reason is because the Wedding Witch that lives in MAP 4 Gamma Base. She want us away of this planet and she attacks us with jumpscares to kick out us of here...
Anyway, there are a too many random jumpscares and this is very BAD for my campaign. For this reason in futurible versions of this 3rd MAP in the campaign i will upgrade (changing the images) and improve this jumpscares system significantly reducing the amount of them to only a few.


4. It's a Tel'tak ship. A Goa'uld travel ship from the Stargate SG-1 TV movie series. You can google it to view how they are...
In chapter 1, the human marine is aboard this ship, as he said in the english subbed dialogs ingame.


5. I can't say when, since I don't know. I haven't had much time to work at LEFT4SGC lately.
I hope i will change and improve this soon, but i don't know...

16 different jumpscares. But when we start MAP 3 GAMMA BASE, they appear randomly in minutes always UNTIL we destroy the CURSED JASON PICTURE in the isolated HOUSE with the WEDDING WITCH and the Tanks...

If we destroy this picture, jumpscares will dissapear forever...

To make this, is optional but also very recomended to activate and deploy SENTRYS before enter this house... :yazdwink:

I will not remove all of the jumpscares, but i will think to improve them, or make and OPTIONAL ACTION to PREVENT all the JUMPSCARES in the map if the player do it correctly...

Or make a SELECTION BOX (like the MAP 1 FULL INTRO or SHORT INTRO in basement) to give the player the choose of play with the jumpscares or without them...

At this moment, I don't know sure how...

I'm not working on the campaign this days. But be sure, that i will improve it.
