Deadly Haze
Increase tile coverage of fire, acid, and poison from grenades to 100%. Enemies hit by grenades deal 2 less damage for 1 turn.
Captain
Vile Concoctions
Increase DoT damage from grenades by 2.
Major
Flashpoint
Gain 1 additional flashbang capacity, and flashbangs now deal 2 more damage.
Colonel
Shellshock
Grenades have a 15% chance to stun both organic and robotic enemies.
Brigadier
Air Burst
Increase grenade launcher radius by 2.

Provides combat protocol ability, if not yet available. Upgrades combat protocol to stun an enemy and turn it into high cover for a turn.

Gain a single use flamethrower that creates a wall of fire that can't be crossed without being burned.

Gain a single use shredder gun.
Brigadier
Hidden Reserves
Once per mission, as a free action, set all your cooldowns on abilities back to zero.

Your gear includes layers of extra ceramic plates, granting a bonus point of Armor at the cost of -2 mobility. The soldier can also use Charge to temporarily overcome the lack of mobility.

When flanking and being flanked, critical hits deal an additional [font color='#bf1e2e']+33% damage[/font].

When fired upon, gain one extra action on the next turn.
