Best I can tell you tried to deconstruct POI on, near, or under a liquid tile, it couldn't cope with the change because it's not allowed in that perm space? sound familiar? always backup your game files and see if bugs are repeatable before posting, also avoid collections of mods that effect the same files.. e.g. POI deconstruct, and POI construct, not saying those mods don't work together but it's something to troubleshoot with.
