If you have "melting screen" effect - check this out.
Normally, camera distortions should shake the camera hud.
However people have been reporting weird glitch that makes your screen "melt" instead of having distortions.


SOLUTION:[/h1]

Try enabling "Motion blur" in advanced video options and report back.

Yeah, I had this exact problem, tried turning on Motion blur and tested that. Now the distortions work perfectly ^^.

I also posted this to the Kickass forums (Australian servers, mainly for GMod and Minecraft) to help out others having this problem.

Yeah, I think this has fixed it for me as well, either that or I had a missing file because I also manually installed the content after having the issue

The latest workshop version should fix that bug as well.

I have this going on. Motion blur was already enabled, I toggled it a few times. Turned all other addons off. Same results.

I have a weird bug where the trees seem to go thru the HUD at certain times making it difficult to play.

Those commands kick back errors on Linux. Is there a Linux equivalent to motion blur?

i have a small bug with my flashlight position which is seems to be aimed more towards the top-right corner of my screen instead of it being centered what can i do to fix this small yet annoying bug?

the reason it melts is becuase if the direct X level is too high it can ♥♥♥♥ up but 100 or 90 is okay its just a little distorted
