Since Steam user Buffered pointed out how to fix it sometime October 2023, and doing it myself makes it work:

Old and Modern Computers are no longer working because JoyGiver_WatchBuilding does not use requireChair but instead desireSit.

Changing requireChair to desireSit in the JoyGiverDefs Play_ComputerIndustrial and Play_ComputerModern will make the computers work again.


Prior to this, computers were never used regardless of how starved for recreation variety people were. Hopefully this helps others or gets patched.
