The developer has stopped updating, so don't expect the BNW version of this mod to ever get fixed. What you need to do:
-Get the G&K version, either here or on the author's CivFanatics page
-Put Steam into offline mode (and keep it offline until you're done playing)
-Navigate to the folder where you had Civ V installed (/SteamApps/common)
-Inside the "Sid Meier's Civilization V" folder is /Assets/DLC
-Inside DLC, delete "Expansion2" (that's BNW)
-Fire up the game, may need one restart of the game for the change to take effect.
-You're now playing G&K, and the AMOIAF G&K mod works wonderfully.
