Change confed name condition proposal
Hello, [HN]!

I've installed your mod recently and started getting the same bug others are experiencing (names getting changed to confed names), and it seems that it is indeed caused by Recruit Defeated LLs mod (probably because it makes you auto-confed with defeated LLs factions).

I wanted to propose a workaround for this bug but then realized it could be implemented outside of this problem to make the whole mod design better (as I see it).

What I would change is the condition on getting the confed name. Right now you have to confed one other faction to get the new name. It doesn't make much sense to me because there are still other factions, which may be bigger than me. If I confed one helves faction as Tyrion, it seems weird to me that I get called the Asrai or whatever (haven't yet played as helves with this mod, don't know their confed name), while there are half a dozen other helves factions with different views on my faction.

So, the condition I would like to see to get the confed name is for a faction to remain the last one standing of its race. Whether you confed all of other factions, or they get destroyed, it seems much more plausible to have the confed name in that case. Moreover, this would eliminate the possibility of there being multiple factions with confed name (which not only confuse things, but actually works against your design, because you said you wanted to remove generic race names, and this issue adds and even possibly multiplies generic race names).

And finally, funnily enough, this design works very well with the mentioned Recruit Defeated LLs mod, in my opinion. If there are several factions named Asrai on Ulthuan, things are confusing. But if half of Ulthuan is destroyed by outside enemies, and the other half is conquered by the single united faction in which Tyrion, Teclis, Alarielle, Alith, Caledor, Korhil and others stand together as one, it is just the case to name this faction Asrai or whatever is the name you use for them. This also adds a lot to RP and the general feeling of great wars and alliances.

If you find this idea good and it can be easily implemented, I would be glad to have these changes, as I believe others would, too.

And I want to thank you for your work on this and others mods you made, they do a lot to help the immersion in the game.

The idea is pretty nice, but the problem is that we sadly don't have any means to control what triggers the confederation names!
I have an update on the way for the mod anyway that will remove most confederation names to reduce the problem, but other than that nothing can really be done.
