In short; whenever I try to spawn the map's content props outside of it, I see the prop, but black and pinkish, as in its missing its core textures. Help?

EDIT: It seems that the map is very buggy, but they tend to work\keep broken during every Gmod reinstall, or reinstalling of the addons. Fifty\fifty percent that they'd fix themselves after that.
