Could we get a level range/fixed levels?
I would really appreciate a way to set a certain level range and/or fixed levels. For example all npc's are somewhere between level 10 and 15. Or all are level 20. This would help me out a lot! :3

but there should be a option where you can have max level at (insert any number) or have the classic 1-100
