I disabled the toolgun and deleted the dupe, what do i do?
Simple: Go into developer console and type this into the box at the very bottom:

toolmode_allow_duplicator 1


Then, you can paste the dupe down again and press the enabler button! (Huge thanks to Bonkerz for the idea!)
