Uuuhhh...
I assume you're new to GMod, so :

Press the subscribe button and the mod will be downloaded.
Then start a new map (That's why if u're already on a map, it won't apply)
If u're not sure, restart Gmod.

Dam that's the 2nd time we ask me that x'D... 3rd time, I won't answer.
