United We Stand: Triple Threat game mode doesn't appear in the Mutations menu.

When browsing trough mutations, most of the mutations I select crashes the game with only showing description of the mutation and no picture. Like Left 4 Gun Game: The Last Of US.

United We Stand game crashes when loaded on L4D1 campaign maps.
