I found Tactician very boring with this mod

Mod skills that damage or regenerate armor.

Should I not have used this with an existing save game? Enemy Health Low.

Odinblade's Ability Overhauls are the only class mods that are quite well balanced.
I find that Helaene's custom classes to skew the power level too much, and Laughingleader's to be a bit on the buggier side.
