So,I've noticed that the weapon abilities have been changed,and thus I also noticed when a had a character Duel Wielding he had the -50% damage Penalty for not having "duel wielding" In the weapon abilities section added. So,does that mean that duel wielding is permanantly penaltied since the weapon ability doesn't exist anymore and was replaced.

I would assume that the other Changed Weapon Abilities are causing a similar interaction.
