Being able to plan - someone needs to know what is possible!

Is there a fulll skill-list out there including all new skills coming with Divine War?

The changelog doc has a section like that. You can find it linked at the bottom of the mod page.

Can you add an NPC at the very beginning of the game which sells all new skillbooks for free. For casual playthroughs it's the best way to start. In any case, TYVM for Divine War!

I'm afraid not. That would make the game quite unbalanced for some people.

Though I may make it as a separate mod sometime later.

This one doesn't cover all new skillbooks, but you can get the resources to craft them from this guy.
