warfare 6 cleave doesnt leech

im trying a build and for some reason the cleave from lvl 6 warfare doesnt apply leech which is very odd

Yes, it doesn't lifesteal because it was broken overpowered when it did. The tooltip for the talent should mention something about it not lifestealing.
