If you would like to go through the trouble of checking to see if the mods you have enabled interfere with this one, you can go to your mods folder (Typically: Library/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europia Universalis IV/Mod) and inspect each mods you're using with Winrar. They will be compatible as long as none of the mods have a folder in it called Map (or have anything to do with Iceland). This means that most, if not all, mods (such as Fast Univeralis) that effect the way the map looks (even if not how the provinces are placed), are incompatible. I hope this helped you with your issue. If this is not the issue and you would like to pursue the problem further, I am willing to help.
I'll look into this further, but, until I do so, try going to the mod folder (explained above) and deleting it there (this mod) then re-opening Eu4.
