Abilities

Added and tweaked abilities to imcrease units threat.
  • Archon Prime is now able to perform Icarus Drop.
  • Archon Valkyrie can dash and slash.
  • Berserker's Devastating Punch deals damage on miss (+2 damage).
  • Berserkers (vanilla and A Better ADVENT variants) now have melee resistance (-1 damage).
  • Codex Prime will not lose Health when cloning.
  • Muton Infector and Pyro can now Counterattack.
  • Muton Prime can now use War Cry, giving aim, will and mobility boost to allies.
  • Muton Prime now have Beastmaster, preventing it to take damage from unit types Berserker.
  • Sectoid Soldier and Soldier Prime have Melee Vulnerability.
  • Sectopod Prime can trigger Lightning Storm if an enemy approaches its melee range.
  • Spectre Vanish ability is now a free action.
  • Adds War Cry to Yellow Alert mod defensive action for Muton Prime.
  • Purifiers can't miss (configurable) with their Flamethrower.
  • Blazing Pinions have a chance to cause Panic.
  • Adds mental immunity to Prime units.

Loadouts

Reworked the loadout to give units alternatives.
  • Muton Pyro are equiped with an Incendiary grenade.
  • Muton Infector are equiped with a Gas grenade.
  • Are equiped with a pistol:
    • ADVENT Purifier (M1 Pistol).
    • Advanced Purifier (M2 Pistol).
    • Elite Purifier (M3 Pistol).
  • Advanced Guardian, Elite Guardian, Advanced Sharpshooter, Elite Sharpshooter are equiped with AP rounds.
  • Advanced Assault, Advanced Striker, Elite Assault, Elite Striker are equiped with Talon rounds.
  • Tier 3 weapons Spectre Prime (+1 damage).
  • Adds Acid rounds for Andromedon Prime instead of Acid weapon.
  • Purifiers are equiped with fire ammo.

AI
  • The Spectre and Spectre Prime will now use Vanish after Shadowbind.
  • The Priest will prioritize using Holy Warrior on your Mind Controlled units.
  • Units are more likely to use grenades.
  • Purifier will attack the mimic beacon with his pistol.
  • Units on fire will try to remove it by hunkering down if using ADVENT Avenger's Everyone Gets Hunker Down mod.
  • Reverts Lost targeting back to 70% against XCOM so they don't become XCOM's personal army.
  • Units will attack the device twice per turn at max instead of unlimited.
  • Enemy units will try to avoid grenading Lost.
  • Only use Flamethrower on units vulnerable to Fire.
  • Only use Poison Spit on units vulnerable to Poison.
  • Purifiers are able to use their Pistol to shoot if too far to use Flamethrower.
  • Fixes Panicked AI tree where it could fire at nothing. Credits to Chris the Thin Mint.

  • Spectre Prime will now create a Shadow Prime.
  • New look for Spectre Prime and Shadow Prime.

Upcoming changes

Abilities
  • Missed damages from Berserker don't affect civilians.

AI
  • Grenade (or use safe abilities) if suppressed or overwatched against.
  • Prefer killshot (target is killable) over Supression/Overwatch.

Cosmetic
  • Modify model for Muton Infector and Pyro.

Technical
  • Make custom ammos/grenades instead of vanilla ones to avoid mods changing them.
