it's not like i can disagree with the fact that this seems kinda lazy, but tf2's art style has been mauled to death by valve already (bright pink banana hats are possible) so, in perspective, this wouldn't be that bad.

and even though it feels lazy, it still doesn't really feel like shoehorning. that'd be more like adding a huge pride flag to 2fort in the middle of the arena, this is pretty much just an optional texture on a weapon.

i personally love the concept but it needs a LOT of refining.

tbh this idea might work aesthetically if each flag was it's own skin,,, maybe u could get them in some sort of keyless crate, except that it lets u choose which one u get? u could still have up to 3 flags in ur weapon loadout so i dont see the problem w/ that
