Hi. My friend and I have probably clocked like 30+ hours into this mod and I like this mod a lot. I still have a few questions.

1. We always have the arsenal available to us when we start the mod or load from the previous save and sometimes it becomes available after a while again. Is there a way to keep it enabled and if not, what exactly are the requirements for it to become available to us again after a long while of playing?

2. We have captured like three airfields, but none of them gives us the ability to create jets and helicopters etc. How do we create it?
