After awhile of playing the game on Tanoa it starts to leg, is there an option to clean bodies up or whatever?

Restart the mission; you will get 2 options: new game or continue previous save. Go with continue and enjoy high FPS. Go in Arma 3 folder / saves and back up you save before if you don't trust me.
