Sorry didnt see this thread until now - The game's own saves become broken after updates, but if you have saved in shift+1 menu (or pressing 0-0-0 to save, or used shift+1 options autosave) then you can just restart the mission and continue old mission progress in the mission.

thanks, at first for a few hours it was not working but later on it just started to kinda work again, ha
