Title basically sums it up. I built a small grid with T3 upgrades, everything worked like it was supposed to. However, when I saved and loaded in the game later, I could not get the thruster upgrade to work. The thrusters themselves still fire at base speed, but the upgrade module doesn't increase they're speed at all after loading back into the game.
