I didn't feel like breaking up the endless stream of comedy that is the comments section for this mod, and someone else will prolly have the same question at some point (or already, why wade through 239 comments when I can just ask)? Basically what title of discussion asks, is adding this mod mid-run OK (might require wish), or would it break game? If added mid-game, does it automatically ask player to choose gender or does it require player to use wish?

I'm also assuming that NPCs prolly aren't an issue, mod should already have code for permanent NPCs, and randomly generated ones are generally not much of an issue.
