During the End guide (WIP)
Tired of not understanding a single thing about how to progress I went into the files and started digging, to make it easier on others I decided to publish my findings as a guide.

Setup
Major epidemics - if you are good Dynamic, if you don't want back to back global epidemics between 2200 and 2400, go Historical.
Invasions - Historical
Brazilian Invasions - No Major, because the stupid Capitancy can spawn seriously anywhere instead of Brazil and blob hard.
Provincial Revolts - Rare, you will not have the manpower early to deal with them.
Exclave Independence - Limited Naval
Interfaith Marriage - Open (there just isn't enough of your kind around at any point of the game)
DTE: Post-Apocalyptic Economics - Scavenging (CRUCIAL)
DTE: Nuclear Programs - Depending on your RP, but I personally go Energy Only
DTE: Defecation Ventilation - It will hit the fan (CRUCIAL)

Rough Breakdown of Time

2077 - 2100 Start of the game , do whatever to survive and not get eaten by other camps.

pick "Lord spared me" and don't change from it if you plan to become a Christian denomination.

pick "World has gone mad" if you plan to be pagan.

pick "Survive at any cost" if you plan to be old world restorationalist.

2100 - 2300 Early game , get some agriculture going, settle yourself in holding of choice, pick a government, find or steal vaccines - more is better.

2300 - 2450 It hits the fan - major outbreak of smallpox will spawn, use vaccines that you gathered only on important people like ruler and heir, rightclick on portrait and vaccinate, they have a chance to be used up.

If Mexico has Victorians, they will start a cult of Santa Muerte which starts breakdown of Victorian christians into denominations and start cracking old cultures into new cultures.

whatever date it hits the fan - 2700 Midgame , time for nation building and expansion.

2700 - ??? Endgame After The End starts with invasions and stuff.

Start of the Game

Pick one of the three options and sit tight, there will be events but they are kinda irrelevant, if you are low on food jump out the second game offers you, if you are doing fine sit tight and let some more fallout dissolve so you don't have as high chance to die.

Start taking over your duchy, once you hold the title Simplification movement will appear, offering you to be Conservative or Progressive. Please remember this is not our peaceful political classification anymore this is post apocalyptic turd on fire, pick Conservative if you want to restore some sort of prewar society, pick progressive if you want more autocratic experience.

Those "very nice" people will then start randomly tearing chunks of your tech down, if you pick Conservative you will not get hit as hard. Raid your neighbours and build up your camp.

If you went for Old World restorationalist in decisions always go Scavving at any moment it is available as you will need a ton of luck and RNG to get a coal mine, find vaccines and gather food and money.

Build up agriculture as that is what prevents your levy from dying every month. To do so righclick on holding title.
Once fallout III drops to fallout II, rightclick your county flag and clear out bandits, now you can upgrade agriculture to level 2.
When your camp is ready for upgrade, you will get to pick between Fortress / City / Landmark. This is how you pick your government.

Government

Victorians who settle in Castle will get Apocalyptic Kingdom

Progressive Cultists or Old World religion settle in Castle get Warlord Despotism

Conservative Culists or Old World religion settle in Castle get Military Government

Anybody who settles Landmark will get Trust (something like a corporation mixed with theocracy)

Progressives settling a City will get Civilian Autocracy

Conservatives settling a City will get Civilian Republic

(Republic is seriously a republic, your family will always inherit the duchy it's holding but Kingdom and Emperor titles you will have to fight for against electors, who are holders of duchies / kingdoms under that title. Unless you are the kind of mean person who enacts any Succession but Electoral College in a republic... you are disgusting.)

Early Game

Once you have your new government, you enter next stage. Those who remained Survivalist can pick between 5 different old world religions, if you already have vaccines and coal mine (electrified at least a capital), you can pick between:

Espionage focus - Conspirators, pretty much shadow government
Economy focus - Economists, focus on restoration of prewar economy
Diplomacy focus - Legalists, focus on restoring law and order
Learning focus - Scientists, preservation and restoration of old tech
Military focus - pretty much raiders and warlords
you will need high enough stat to adopt one, pick a focus and look it up in decisions.

You will also unlock access to College, build a landmark in your capital and you will be able to attend college and have your kids attend college for stat boosts at the cost of ... rollercoaster of negative and positive traits that might spiral you down into either graduation or expulsion.

Victorians... same thing except the vaccines and electrification, do whatever and pray there are Victorians in Mexico, keep picking your denomination and wait for GLOBAL smallpox outbreak, it will trigger Mexican cult of death which will slowly break down Victorian and allow you to adopt specific denomination as your religion. If there were no Victorians, well you are screwed I guess.

Cultists... same thing except the vaccines and electrification, do whatever, keep picking a cult and wait for GLOBAL smallpox outbreak, eventually it leads to breakdown of old cultures and based on your location you will get a religion, example: Rust Belt cultists will get Rust Cult, Area around Washington gets Americanists and so forth.

Aim to control Kingdom of your area and don't let anyone have it, it will determine your culture and religion in event after smallpox gets people mad enough. You can grow bigger if you want but you ABSOLUTELY MUST have your local kingdom title, NO it can't be custom kingdom, you gotta form local kingdom and hold it.

It Hits the Fan

I am yet to get it right now... either figure it out on your own or wait for me to finish experiencing this stage, I will write it down and continue the guide.
